Fox part numbers consist of three distinct fields that are
generally unique to a specific customer and allows Fox to have
very detailed information about the part, the customer, and the
application. |

The second
section of the part number indicates the frequency, going
out to the least significant digit. In this example
14.31818 indicates the frequency is 14.318180MHz. If the
part was 278-25-14 it would be 25.000000MHz.
The third
section is a randomly generated number that ties in all
the specifics of the part quoted including custom
specifications, customer, location, program, etc. allowing
Fox to better service our customers. |
